Welcome to Mally A.C.T.! By using our services, website, and communication channels, you agree to the following terms. Please read them carefully.

1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using Mally A.C.T.'s services, including tutoring sessions, scheduling, and text messaging, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service.

2. Services Provided
Mally A.C.T. provides ACT and SAT tutoring services, test preparation resources, scheduling assistance, and score tracking. We communicate with students and parents primarily via the Mally A.C.T. Student Hub, text messaging, phone calls, and emails to facilitate tutoring sessions and updates.

3. Communication Consent
By providing your phone number and/or email, you consent to receive SMS text messages and other communications regarding scheduling, and other test-related reminders. We don’t send mass emails or mass texts. Standard messaging rates may apply. You may opt out at any time by replying "STOP."

4. Scheduling and Cancellations
All tutoring sessions must be scheduled in advance. Cancellations or reschedules should be communicated at least 48 hours in advance. Failure to do so will result in a missed session fee.

5. Submission of Test Scores
Students are encouraged to submit their test scores to Mally A.C.T. for analysis and personalized feedback. This data is used solely for educational purposes, data collection, and progress tracking. We will not share this data with anyone.

6. Code of Conduct
Students and parents are expected to engage respectfully with tutors and staff. Any inappropriate behavior, including harassment or abuse, may result in termination of services.

7. Modifications to Services
Mally A.C.T. reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any service at any time. Notice of significant changes will be communicated through our website or direct communication.

8. Limitation of Liability
Mally A.C.T. is not responsible for any personal, academic, or technical difficulties experienced as a result of using our services. While we strive to provide accurate and effective tutoring, success is dependent on the student's effort and commitment.

9. Governing Law
These Terms of Service shall be governed by the laws of the state in which Mally A.C.T. operates. Any disputes shall be resolved through mediation or legal arbitration.
